Same Day Shipping
Audio America will ship your merchandise from our facility, same day, if orders are completed and credit is approved by 4pm.
Free Freight: On orders of $2,500.00 or more. Check with your salesman for details.
*** All merchandise or invoice errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt for full refund.
Returns
All returns must be handled by our Customer Service Department. Fax 561-842-7055 or 305-718-8117 with part numbers, serial numbers, and descriptions of your problem. We will give you the necessary Return Mercandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the merchandise. Only boxes with an RMA clearly taped on the outside of the box will be accepted.
Merchandise returned for any reason other than shipping error or defect will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. A shipment refused for any reason is subject to a $25.00 restocking fee for the first $500.00. Add $5.00 for each additional $250.00. These charges must be paid in advance of your next order. This is necessary to clear your account to SHIP OK status. Any new merchandise returned after 6 months could be assessed a higher restocking fee.
All merchandise is guaranteed for 6 months from date of shipment, by Audio America. After 6 months, manufacturer’s warrantees apply (repair only).

Since there are no signatures required, this form is completely electronic. Simply type in all the required information, and click the “Submit by e-Mail” button. The form will be sent directly to our Customer Service department. Once approved, we can issue an RMA number and e-mail the form right back to you. Tip – you can enter all of your store’s info at the top of the form, and save a pre-filled copy on your computer. You may also still print and fax the form.

Payment
Audio America requires a $50.00 minimum order, for shipping. All orders are COD cash, unless otherwise prearranged and authorized by our credit department. Net terms (30 days) are available to qualified companies where purchase volume warrants consideration.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (along with faxed Driver's License and Credit Card.)
You must have a valid tax identification # and business license in order to buy from us.
